Create new projects, customers, contact persons with the central + top left next to the main menu
The central +, which you will find on the top left of the main menu on every page, contains most of the functions contained on the respective page.
Projects, customers, contact persons, tasks and activities (appointments, calls, notes and other activities) can always be created here - no matter which page you are on.
Depending on the currently open page - such as Success Analysis - further context-dependent functions are displayed.

Editing of customer, project and contact persons in the detail views
With the inline mode, information fields can be edited directly. To do this, please navigate with the mouse arrow over the field to be edited and click on the edit symbol that appears.
You can now edit the information fields in all tabs of the detail views. Then please press the save button at the top right.

If you open the menu button for customer data, the following functions appear:
If you click on Edit in the menu button for customer data, you can edit all customer data, assign tags, see and edit privacy settings for email campaigns, etc.
More space for your data
Individualization with a freely selectable background image is still available to you, but you now have the option of collapsing the background image by clicking on an arrow symbol in the project overview. This creates more space for your project overview:

Create Dashboards and Reports with just a few Clicks
All reports that you design under the success analysis can be made visible at a glance in one or more dashboards KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). Each user can put together one or more dashboards and sees all data (which is available according to the respective authorization structure - user role):
With the new version, you can map group structures in organization chart structure or as a list. This gives you an overview of the sales projects of an entire group at a glance. You can switch between the customer view and the group view in the respective views. Here's how you can look at each group entity in isolation or in context:
Buying Center: Hierarchical mapping of your customer contacts with roles
You can use this function to set up a buying center for each sales project and customer. This means that you can link the contact persons involved in the sales project with previously definable roles - such as decision-maker, buyer, consultant, etc.
This tool is a great help in taking the right steps in communicating with the various stakeholders, particularly in complex sales situations involving several organizations or even the customer's external consultants.
