In the customer and project detail view, you can now choose how many items are displayed in the timeline by default and whether they should be opened or not. Please note that if a large number of items are displayed and opened, the loading time may increase.
Below the last displayed entry in the detail view, you will now find the following options:
Please note that you can further refine your selection using the filter, for example, if you only want to see appointments and emails.
When you open the filter, you will see all activity types, including custom activity templates (e.g., presentation appointments, support calls, etc.). You can create activity templates under Administration > Templates > Activity Templates. These templates can also be used in statistics and dashboards.
