With the pin icon, you can mark activities (appointments, calls, notes, and other activities), emails, and files. These will then always appear at the top of the customer and project timeline.
This way, contracts, invoices, or other important content are immediately visible and don’t need to be searched via filters. If multiple entries are pinned, they will be displayed in chronological order.
In the image below, you can see the pin icon already activated. Once selected, the corresponding entry will appear at the top. Please note: a newly pinned entry will only appear at the top after a reload or once you leave the detail view and open it again.
