1. General Information
With SELLSATION you can now use artificial intelligence to save several working hours per week and employee and gain more active sales time.
With the SELLSATION AI Email Assistant, perfect, graphically designed emails with targeted, precise content can be created at the touch of a button. The time saving for comprehensive emails with complex content is up to 60 minutes.

According to an article in the New York Times on June 17, 2024, only 5% of companies use AI technology. With SELLSATION CRM, your company can now become a pioneer and put artificial intelligence to work for you. This can save several hours of work per week. This frees up resources for other sales activities and you gain more active sales time.
Please note that the SELLSATION AI Email Assistant is expected to be available free of charge until the end of October 2024 and will then become a paid SELLSATION add-on feature.
SELLSATION has not only seamlessly integrated ChatGPT-4o, but has also added innovative functions.
The result is emails with the desired content and optional images at the touch of a button.
To create an AI-generated email, please click on the “Email” button in the detailed view.
The Email view will now open.
In the highlighted area at the bottom, describe the desired content to the SELLSATION AI Email Assistant using a few keywords. Then select (1) whether the email should be short, medium or long and (2) whether it is a first contact or whether the recipient is already known.

2. Selection of information sources from AI-generated Emails
If you now click on the cogwheel icon, the settings will open.
After you have described the desired content of the email to the SELLSATION AI Email wizard in a few keywords, you can select additional sources of information that the AI can access. These can be (1) customer and project data entered in SELLSATION in the respective detail view, (2) preconfigured images and texts (these can be entered in the administration) and (3) content from your company's website (one or more websites can be defined in the administration).
3. Select the Email recipients
Then enter the recipients of the email. Customers and contact persons saved in the customer or project can be selected under “email recipients” as shown in the image below.
4. Create AI Email with a mouse click
If you now click on the “Generate” button, your AI-generated email will be created.
If you want to receive a new suggestion, simply click on “Generate” again. You can still adapt and add to the email suggested by the SELLSATION AI e-mail assistant.
5. Send Email
Then click on “Send email” to send the e-mail (button marked with an arrow at the bottom right). Please make sure that the email is sent from the desired address (field marked with the arrow at the bottom left). If the desired (i.e. your) email address is not listed here, your SELLSATION administrator must link your company domain to SELLSATION.
