With new AI-based email signature and business card scanner in the SELLSATION Mobile App for iPhones and Android, you can now:

Create new projects, customers, and contacts with a single click,

add and update customer and contact data,
-
add new contacts to existing customers and/or projects.
Customer and contact data is cross-checked and updated with existing data, thus avoiding duplicates.
Our goal is to minimize the time spent on data entry in the SELLSATION CRM. Key steps towards this include the email signature and business card scanner described here, as well as the address and business customer entry linked with Google (more information on this can be found here: Automated Address and Corporate Customer Entry).
The SELLSATION App is included in the license price and is therefore available for free download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The SELLSATION Email Signature and Business Card Scanner will remain free for the time being. Since this is an AI feature with associated costs, it will become a paid add-on in the SELLSATION Marketplace in the future.

When you click on the menu icon highlighted below on the app's homepage, you will be directed to the overview of the SELLSATION App:
In the overview, you can switch between sales projects, customers, and contacts:

The contact person is added to the project if they are not already present in the project. If the contact person is already in the project, their data will be updated. |

After scanning the business card or email signature, click on 'Use Photo', and you will be guided through the next steps. The following example shows how a new project and a new contact person for an existing client are created using a business card scan. SELLSATION recognizes that the client is already in the system, updates the client data, but does not create a duplicate.
At the same time, we would like to highlight another feature in the SELLSATION App. All tasks, including those with information queries, can be completed within the SELLSATION App. Therefore, it is possible to display tasks automatically when creating projects, where specific information fields are requested. Additionally, when creating customers, projects, and contacts, mandatory fields can also be defined.
Use Case: Use of the Business Card Scanner, mandatory fields, automated tasks, and campaigns at trade fairs:
Once projects are created (for example, with the new SELLSATION Scanner), mandatory fields and automated tasks can be displayed directly in the SELLSATION App and filled out or completed—also tasks with fields (standard fields and custom fields).
For example, at trade fairs, the SELLSATION business card scanner can be used to create and update customers, sales projects, and contacts with a single click while simultaneously requesting and entering the most important data.
Trade fair contacts can therefore be stored in SELLSATION within seconds along with any additional requested information. The time savings are enormous. At the same time, automated email campaigns can be triggered so that your new contact receives an email with the desired information within seconds.

The SELLSATION Mobile App contains important SELLSATION functions:
- Real-time overview of all sales projects and customers in all sales processes
- All customer, project and contact person information always at hand and synchronized in real time
- Create and edit sales projects, customers and contact persons with associated activities, appointments, calls, notes, phase changes, etc.
- The complete history of customers, sales projects and contact persons with all e-mails, appointments, calls, notes, documents (contracts, quotations, call logs, etc.) is always available on the cell phone, wherever you are, and synchronized in real time
- Automated follow-up actions such as marketing campaigns, tasks, etc. can also be triggered in the SELLSATION mobile app
- Overview of open tasks, which can be completed directly in the SELLSATION Mobile app.
- Calendar with automated calendar synchronization to all calendar systems (Office 365, Google, etc.) in real time - bidirectional calendar synchronization to Office 365
