1. General
The image below shows users and teams or a hierarchical structure. You can see the familiar symbols for editing or deleting on the right-hand side in the respective line.
You can therefore assign a user to another user (supervisor). You can also create teams and assign users to these teams.
2. Adding and Editing a User
To add a user, please click on the "+" and on "User".
When you create or edit a new user, the following window appears:
Please complete at least all fields marked with a red asterisk.
The dropdown "SUPERVISOR/TEAM" is used to map the hierarchical structure. Of course, in order to use teams as supervisors/teams, the teams must first be created.
The created users can also be assigned later using drag & drop.
Important: make sure that the user e-mail address has not yet been used for another user of your client - the e-mail address is also the login ID of the user and must therefore be unique.
You can also set the desired language of the SELLSATION version and the number, date and time format for the user. The user can change these settings later in their profile settings.
The External ID can be used, for example, to store the personnel number of the respective user.
To save the entered data, click on "Save".
Important: As soon as you have entered and saved a new user e-mail address, SELLSATION sends an invitation e-mail to this e-mail address, which can of course only be successful if the e-mail address actually exists. If the e-mail does not arrive, the new user should also check the spam e-mails.
The user will also receive their SELLSATION password in this e-mail. Every user can change the password in the user profile.
Once a user has been created, they can be edited using the "Edit icon".
3. Adding and Editing a Team
To add a user, please click on the "+" and on "Team".
In the following dialog, you must assign a name for the new team and, if desired, select a supervisor or a higher-level team. You can also upload an image for the new team to highlight the hierarchy and the respective team.
The teams created can also be categorized later using drag and drop.
Once a team has been created, it can be edited using the "Edit icon".
