The central “+” for quick input

1. Extension at the central “+”

The central "+", which you will find at the top left of every page next to the main menu, is divided into two parts. If you click on the blue "+", the context-dependent action on the opened page opens directly.

For example, if you are on the project overview, a mouse click opens the window for creating a project directly.

If you click on the down arrow, several options open up. Projects, customers, contacts, tasks and activities (appointments, calls, notes and other activities) can always be created here, regardless of which page you are on.

The context-dependent action is marked with a blue “+”. In the project overview, this is the creation of a project.

1.1. Example of customer or project detail view

There are several actions to choose from in the detailed view. This is why several options are displayed when you click on the blue plus.

These are usually:

• Create new project for the open customer
• Create new contact person for the open customer or project
• Create new task for the open customer or project
• Create new activity (appointment, call, etc.) for the open customer or project

There is also a “+” in the gray bar next to the customer name, which can be used to trigger the same actions.

1.2. Other SELLSATION pages

The changes described above can be found on every SELLSATION page, such as the calendar or the administration.
