In the main menu item Customers, the following submenu items are available on the left hand side:
Here you can find all sales projects, which can be displayed in a process view with different sales stages or in a list view. Sales projects can be created within different sales processes.
Leads (formerly Potential Customers)
For some companies, it makes sense to create their own process for leads, especially if there are two successive acquisition processes: The first process focuses on the acquisition of the company as a whole. The second process then identifies the specific project, which are connected to products or services. As soon as leads are won or qualified (by moving these into won projects), they are automatically converted into customers.
SELLSATION allows you select multiple projects and group them into one main project. Within this area you will see a list of all the main project groups available in the system. Here you can add and edit all project groups.
In this submenu you are able to see your customers. One or multiple sales projects can be created for each customer. If the lead function is activated for your SELLSATION client, you will also see the data records of the leads in the customer overview. However, these are marked with grey text color in the customer name (customers are blue at this point).
In this submenu item you will find all of your contacts or contact persons which are stored in the system.
The activity log shows all relevant activities of an employee. These can be seen as an indicator of sales activities.
SELLSATION also visualises customers on a map with different symbols, depending on their size.
