In this section you will learn how to create or set up a new one-time action.
You can find out how to design and configure the individual action types here .
To be able to use this function, you as a SELLSATION user need special authorisations. If you do not have these, please contact your administrator.
Step 1:
Navigate to this area as described in Article One-time actions - the overview . To create a new action, click on the (+) icon beside the action that you would like to create:
Step 2 (task):
You have decided to create a task:
The next step is to choose whether you want to create tasks related to projects or customers.
Explanation: Tasks can also be linked to customers who have no sales project.
If you choose the option on the left, you will be guided to the definition of the filter criteria for the selection of the projects or customers to which the tasks should refer.
In the case of the right option, you will be asked to select individual projects, customers or contacts directly by entering their names
As soon as you have made your selection - either via the filter or via the manual individual selection - click on Continue down right.
