To be able to use this function, you as a SELLSATION user need special authorisations. If you do not have these, please contact your administrator.
Step 1:
Navigate to this area as described in Article Automated Actions - the overviews . To create a new action, click on the "+" icon beside the action that you would like to create:
It doesn't matter which overview you are in.
Step 2:
After selecting the type, you determine the start condition:
