Creating new sales projects
To create a new sales project click on the "+" symbol above the project overview.
Documenting the progress of a project within the sales process
Go to the right on ">" to move sales projects into the next phase or on ">>" to push sales projects into any phase or to plan an action at a later time. Here you can also move projects to other sales processes (if available) or assign them to other employees depending on the authorisations that you and they have.
Moving a project via drag & drop
You can also conveniently move a project via drag and drop from the current stage to another in the sales process you are currently in. In the example below, the first stage of the process is active (the projects that are in this stage are listed in the overview). To move a project, take it with the mouse and guide it into the desired stage of the process and release the mouse button.
Apply actions to multiple sales projects
If you want to carry out actions for several sales projects at once, select the desired sales projects to the left of the customer name or select "Select all". By doing that, symbols appear that make it possible to carry out stage changes for several sales projects at once (>>) or to create campaigns and tasks for the selected customers. Depending on the authorisation, projects can also be deleted with this method (x).
Direct actions by clicking the icons on the right side of the overview
On the right in each line you will also find an e-mail or call symbol. Here you can find the contact details and send emails that are saved directly in the customer detail view.
Selection of projects that are assigned to a specific user or team
Depending on your authorisation, you can choose between the team views, the views of your employees, or your own view.
Search for specific projects or customers
By entering search terms in the search field, you can quickly search for specific projects or customers.
By clicking on the filter symbol you can limit the list of projects displayed according to various criteria.
The filter criteria entered remain saved until you change or remove them. You can combine the active filter with the search criteria you entered, further restricting the filtered list for specific matches.
